Funny things happen all day long around here but 2 extra funny things blog worthy FOR SURE...
Story 1. I heard the familiar sound of scrapbooking scissors...I rounded the corner to find Rylan standing on a stool over Hadlee snipping away at the FEW whispies she even has....
Mommy: "OH NO RYLAN....what's happening?"
Rylan: "I'm pretending to be Hollie" (that's our neighbor friend who cuts his hair.)
Mommy: dead laughing!!
Story 2. ...to preface though you have to know that Rylan's Nana's Dog only has one eye and the other side is sewed shut...SO...we're on our way home from school today when I look back to see him with one eye open and one eye shut and he immediately says....
Rylan: "I lost my eye!!"
Mommy: trying to contain laughter "Oh really..what happened?"
He mentioned that he lost it on the playground and that he hoped Ms. Dawn (his preschool teacher) would find it in the grass......still holding his wink!! All stemming from seeing his Nana's poor one eyed dog yesterday and his Papa John telling him that the poor dog lost her eye in the grass. He can't get it out of his head!!!
Kids say the darndest things! :)

Rylan has such a fun little personality! I would have loved to have a real baby/sibling to cut hair on!! I settled for my Barbie's hair, though. I would even give them (my Barbies) "highlights" with highlighters. Kids!....
