4 more Fridays....the countdown begins...


Did I mention I LOVE this month!
Try this decadent caramel fondue recipe.

1 14oz can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
2 cups Brown Sugar
2 Sticks Butter

Simmer in a pot on the stove until the temperature reaches 235degrees with a candy thermometer. Transfer to a fondue pot. Enjoy with apple slices, marshmallows and vanilla ice cream balls!

P.S. Don't be surprised when your kids tweak out from the wholesome ingredients.
