today...

I woke up this morning wanting to cash in some of my vacation and/or sick time....b/c I'm certain by now I have a bazillion hours of it. I couldn't quite figure out who I would call into or better yet who would cover my shift. So I got up pulled my bootstraps up and began my day. Here I am hyped up on Peppermint Mocha, contemplating whether or not the vegetable soup I heated up even sounds appetizing, needing a trip to HEB for breastpads. Really all I want for my bday is for everyone to easily take a nap at the same time...and while that is happening I'll eat heaping spoonfuls of cookie dough...b/c that's allowed today! Surely today counts for time and a half right? Life is good....really I love it!!
