I keep thinking that if I never post another thing then I can be constantly reminded of my trip to Cali. Oh how I long to be back there. And then when I step one teeny tiny toe outside I really desire to be back there....live there actually and possibly never return. How cunning that I am able to blog the first day of school....it's quiet you know and there aren't any peeps fighting or crying or battling over some sort of something that isn't even worth battling over. I love those babes you know. So much so that we spent our last day of summer outside for hours! A lovely time was had by all. You know we celebrate going back to school with a back to school feast. This mama never cooled down from her stint of outside play yesterday and couldn't fathom another trip outdoors for groceries. We took it to a restaurant. And of course then we didn't have to clean up. Even better. Happy first day of school to my sweet first grader. Probably the sweetest one ever! This mama loves you to the moon and back.
